What is Workplace Yoga?
When you bring yoga to the workplace, you help your employees relief stress, increase productivity, and work better together.
Employees will learn yoga poses, techniques to release deep-seated stress, and other deep relaxation techniques.
Our yoga classes are designed to fit the needs of the individuals in each group, with the focus on stress reduction and releasing muscle tension based by office workers.
Most of our classes are all-levels and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners.
All of Stretchtopia’s yoga teachers are fully certified with a minimum of a 200 hour certification course with a well recognized Yoga Teacher Training program.
They also carry liability insurance and are trained in Emergency First Aid and CPR.
Whether classes are offered in the middle of the day, as a welcome and needed break, or a relaxing end to the day, every class will leave workers refreshed and refocused.
30 and 60 minute classes are available. We will work around your schedule.

What You Will Need
- Your company will need to provide a quiet space with as little distraction as possible. A conference/meeting room is often a good location, so long as the tables and chairs can be moved aside for class.
- A yoga mat for each individual. Our instructors can bring yoga mats for an additional fee.
